Returns

  • Incorrect items sent by FBRKD.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
  • Any other information we may reasonably request to verify the issue

Please do not send an item back without receiving return approval from FBRKD. The return address and instructions will be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Change of color preference
  • Change of size
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Items purchased on sale or under a promotional sale, unless the item is defective or FBRKD sent the wrong item

We provide product measurements and a size chart to help customers select the appropriate size. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

FBRKD does not offer size exchanges or exchanges due to a change of preference.

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the return is approved, you may receive either:

  • A refund to the original payment method; or
  • Store credit, depending on the circumstances and the resolution agreed upon with FBRKD.

Return Shipping

If FBRKD confirms that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipping process.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, color, or size.

However, defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders remain subject to applicable consumer rights and our return process.
