Care Guide
Care for your heavyweight garments properly to maintain their shape, color, and fit over time:
- Wash: Turn inside out and wash in cold water (30°C or below) with mild detergent. Separate darks and lights.
- Dry: Hang or air dry in the shade. Avoid tumble dryers to prevent heat shrinkage and preserve fabric structure.
- Iron: Steam or iron inside out on low heat. Never apply direct heat over prints or embroidery.
- Store: Fold tees, hoodies, and sweats flat to prevent shoulder stretching from hangers.

FBRKD currently ships orders within the Philippines. International shipping may also be available upon request.
Philippine Shipping
We offer delivery throughout the Philippines, subject to courier availability and serviceable areas.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Manila: approximately 1–3 business days
- Provincial areas: approximately 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, peak periods, and other circumstances outside FBRKD's control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery address, order, and available shipping service. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Metro Manila.
COD availability may depend on the delivery address, courier service, and other applicable restrictions.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request.

Delivery Delays

Returns
We accept returns only for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect items sent by FBRKD.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Your name and contact information
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- Any other information we may reasonably request to verify the issue
Please do not send an item back without receiving return approval from FBRKD. The return address and instructions will be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Change of color preference
- Change of size
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Items purchased on sale or under a promotional sale, unless the item is defective or FBRKD sent the wrong item

Exchanges
FBRKD does not offer size exchanges or exchanges due to a change of preference.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If the return is approved, you may receive either:

Return Shipping

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, color, or size.
However, defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders remain subject to applicable consumer rights and our return process.
